The Outreach Specialist Manager at Sharecare will oversee a team of Outreach Specialists, focusing on coaching, development, and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality service and adherence to established standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years Call Center Customer Service experience
  • College degree or demonstrated professional leadership experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and well organized
  • Ability to navigate telephony and Computer Information Systems technology
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Available to work flexible hours and shifts
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to deliver and receive feedback
