Outreach Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an Outreach Specialist at Mae, you will be responsible for engaging with health insurance plan members to onboard them onto our platform, focusing on maternal health equity.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in patient outreach or healthcare.
• Proven track record of meeting outreach targets.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with high outbound call volumes.
• Comfortable using technology for work management.
