Overview

The Audit Retrieval Specialist at Sharecare is responsible for processing release of information requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (GED) required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical records department preferred.
  • Strong computer software skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work remotely and support client locations as needed.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 wpm.
  • Ability to use fax, copier, and scanning machines.
  • Proven customer satisfaction skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Willingness to learn new equipment and processes quickly.
