Care Advisor - Veteran Support - Remote

Overview

As a Care Advisor at Sharecare, you will support Veterans and their families by coordinating non-medical, in-home respite and supportive care services, ensuring they receive the assistance they need to remain comfortably in their homes.

In Short

• Work directly with Veterans and their families.
• Coordinate non-medical in-home care services.
• Act as a liaison between Veterans, caregivers, and VA partners.
• Guide families through the caregiver hiring process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Military experience is a plus but not required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• At least one year of customer service or call center experience.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional demeanor.
