Overview

The IT Support Advisor is responsible for providing user support and assistance for IT applications, ensuring the functionality of IT equipment, and advising clients and partners on best practices and solutions.

In Short

  • Provide user support and assistance for IT applications.
  • Handle installation, configuration, and issue resolution.
  • Manage service requests and IT incidents.

  • Interact with stakeholders across various fields.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for clients and partners.
  • Develop and implement objectives and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of French is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal savvy and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop recommendations and write reports.
  • Experience in IT support and server administration.
