Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join the team. This is a permanent work from home position based in Portugal.

In Short

  • Dealing with inbound calls and emails from customers.
  • Conducting outbound calls to encourage service bookings.
  • Managing day-to-day performance in line with SLA targets.
  • Liaising with key personnel regarding potential sales.
  • Keeping up to date on car services and promotions.
  • Identifying and booking business opportunities with customers.
  • Meeting quality targets across all media channels.
  • Developing positive working relationships with customers and teams.
  • Identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience.
  • Fluent in English with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ability to support Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30.
  • Experience using helpdesk and ticketing software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
