Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy Customer Support Advisor with fluent Spanish who is passionate about delivering outstanding Customer service via phone and email while driving improvements to the Customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in customer support with a focus on phone interactions.
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
  • Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional English communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
