Overview

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will work within the boundaries of 1st tier support, collaborating closely with Technical Product Specialists, Customer Experience, and the R&D team.

In Short

  • Reply to customer inquiries via supported communication channels
  • Identify, replicate, and report validated product issues
  • Log feature requests and provide outstanding service
  • Take ownership of support tickets until resolution
  • Maintain an overview of submitted cases to R&D
  • Escalate support cases based on severity levels
  • Update internal knowledge base with new insights
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute to roundtables
  • Communicate effectively and translate technical terms
  • Evaluate performance based on support quality metrics

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership of cases
  • Experience in customer service
  • Product knowledge of Brandwatch suite
  • Ability to flag risks and detect opportunities
