Overview

As a Customer Support Supervisor at Taskrabbit, you will work directly with the Regional Manager to ensure high performance and support your teams. This remote-first position focuses on coaching, process improvement, and managing escalations.

In Short

  • Lead and develop a team of 15-18 Customer Service Specialists.
  • Work closely with the Customer Support Manager on department goals and KPIs.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to team members.
  • Monitor team performance and quality.
  • Partner with the Training and Development team for onboarding.
  • Act as an escalation point for emergencies and high-touch issues.
  • Assist in hiring and managing performance issues.
  • Support projects and process improvements.
  • Create a safe and engaging work environment.

Requirements

  • 2 years of leadership experience, 1 year in customer service.
  • Experience in executive escalations and policy enforcement.
  • Excellent people skills and team rallying ability.
  • Attention to detail and process efficiency.
  • Self-starter with cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven mindset and continuous improvement advocate.
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus.
  • Available full-time (40 hours/week).
  • Eligible to work in Poland.
