Overview

As a Customer Support Supervisor at Taskrabbit, you will lead a team to ensure high performance and support regional strategy while tackling complex service issues.

In Short

  • Lead and develop a team of 15-18 Customer Service Specialists.
  • Work closely with the Customer Support Manager on department goals and KPIs.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to team members.
  • Monitor team performance and quality.
  • Partner with the Training and Development team for onboarding.
  • Act as an escalation point for emergencies and high-touch escalations.
  • Assist in hiring and developing the team.
  • Support process improvement projects and share best practices.
  • Create a safe and engaging work environment.

Requirements

  • 2 years of leadership experience in customer service.
  • 1 year of experience in executive escalations and policy enforcement.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Attention to detail and processes.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus.
  • Available full-time (40 hours/week).
  • Eligible to work in Poland.
