In Short

• Following your successful completion of a paid training program, you will be assigned to a support team in your geographic area.
• You will arrive at scheduled times and scan/upload the assigned medical records using Datavant equipment and processes.
• Datavant pays hourly for the time you spend retrieving charts and for time spent driving between sites.
• Most Chart Retrieval Specialists work an average of 20-25 hours each week.
• Frequent communication with the regional support team is essential.
• Technical skills are required for chart retrieval.
• Opportunities for growth and development are available.
• Business casual attire and professionalism are required.
• Must have access to a high-speed internet connection.
• Availability between 8am-5pm at least three consecutive days per week.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills – ability to scan documents and upload to secure servers.
• Punctuality, reliability, and quality work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Must have a reliable personal, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment for medical chart retrievals.
