Shadow Light Studios is seeking a strategic Sales Development Representative who will focus on building relationships with decision-makers and driving revenue through effective outreach.

In Short

  • Build and prioritize target lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Create context-rich outreach messages that generate replies.
  • Book qualified meetings and maintain a pipeline in ClickUp.
  • Source podcast guest spots for the CEO.
  • Test and iterate messaging for optimal conversion.
  • Track metrics related to outreach and meetings.
  • Work independently and efficiently without needing supervision.
  • Have a track record of successful cold outreach.
  • Experience with booking podcast interviews is a plus.
  • Performance-driven remote work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven success in turning cold outreach into meetings.
  • Strong writing skills that engage executives.
  • Ability to analyze and improve outreach metrics.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Located in LATAM with 4+ hours of PST overlap is preferred.
