Overview

We are looking for a proactive Social Media & Project Manager to lead content and communications across Nick Gross’s personal platforms, the Gross Labs website and channels, and Find Your Grind’s social platforms.

In Short

• Own content calendars and posting across various platforms.
• Write engaging captions and articles for the website.
• Support campaigns connected to partner relationships.
• Join meetings with Nick as a client-facing representative.
• Capture client asks and feedback for the creative team.
• Track deliverables using ClickUp.
• Spot opportunities to improve workflow and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Prior experience in social media management.
• Strong copywriting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable being client-facing and handling feedback.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
• US-Time zone preferred (California timezone ideal).
