Overview

The International Sales Manager’s main objective is to sell SGS’s Business Assurance portfolio of Medical Device and In Vitro Diagnostics certification services to global/multinational companies defined as a Global Key Account.

In Short

  • Develop a global sales strategy to achieve defined sales targets.
  • Win exclusive contracts for certification services.
  • Handle negotiations from initial contact to contract sign-off.
  • Enhance revenue and market share with major multinational accounts.
  • Produce detailed proposals for clients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a prospect list and client plans.
  • Deliver revenue targets from new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate cross-business activities within SGS.
  • Monitor customer and market activity.
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers.

Requirements

  • High knowledge of BA business and products related to Medical Device and In Vitro Diagnostics.
  • Experience in the Notified Body industry is mandatory.
  • Track record of identifying and closing new sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
  • Fluency in English; multiple languages are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-initiative and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel 20-50% of the time.
  • Hold a full driver’s license.
