The Senior Services Account Executive is responsible for driving service sales and customer adoption of ServiceNow's products, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful implementation and value realization.

  • Travel up to 50% depending on geography.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of services sales experience in SaaS or solution sales.
  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
  • New account sales focus with independent opportunity identification.
  • Existing relationships in large enterprise accounts are a plus.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets in services, success, or training.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across business lines.
  • Operational command in managing end-to-end franchise.
