Senior Product Marketing Manager, Customer Excellence - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager, Customer Excellence to join ServiceNow’s Product and Solutions marketing team with a focus on Customer Excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling messages and celebrating ServiceNow’s commitment to our customers enduring success across the end-to-end customer journey from pre to post sale.

• Develop compelling narratives and value propositions for Customer Excellence Solutions.
• Work with teams to identify customer advocates and build communities of loyal fans.
• Manage Customer Excellence presence at marketing events.
• Train sales and marketing teams on Customer Excellence Solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive demand and retention strategies.
• Ensure effective thought leadership through press and analyst relations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a focus on product or customer marketing.
• Experience in enterprise software platforms; knowledge of AI is a plus.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally within Marketing, Product, and Sales.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Some travel may be required (up to 20%).
