Senior Manager of Product and Customer Marketing - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager of Product & Customer Marketing will own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Vantaca’s products and services while also driving customer engagement, retention, and expansion initiatives.

• Own Positioning & Messaging for Vantaca’s products.
• Lead GTM planning and execution for new product launches.
• Create sales collateral and competitive intelligence for Sales and CS teams.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to refine positioning.
• Partner with Product and Sales for pricing and packaging optimization.
• Drive customer advocacy and showcase success stories.
• Develop marketing programs for customer expansion and upsell.
• Enhance customer engagement through communities and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
• Utilize data analysis for informed strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or related roles in SaaS.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, or related industries.
• Strong background in go-to-market strategy and messaging development.
• Hands-on experience with sales enablement and customer retention strategies.
• Exceptional storytelling skills and ability to translate technical details.
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience with AI-powered software or SaaS pricing strategies.
