Overview

The Senior Enterprise Federal Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business within the US Federal Government, specifically supporting the mission for the US Department of Energy, through account planning and field-based sales activities.

In Short

  • Develop relationships with Program Directors in Government Agencies.
  • Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy.
  • Drive all lines of ServiceNow products to agency clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the agency, understanding their business and roadmap.
  • Coordinate client engagements with various internal teams.
  • Leverage AI in work processes and decision-making.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in software or solutions sales.
  • Experience in establishing trusted relationships at executive levels.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging AI in decision-making processes.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in software or solutions.
  • Established relationships with clients in the US DOE.
  • Experience in producing new business and maintaining relationships.
  • Understanding of agency missions and prior sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture regarding IT plans.
  • Promote customer success in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
