Overview

The Principal Customer Success Manager will ensure customers realize the full value of CPQ solutions, blending strategic advisory, technical depth, and relationship management.

In Short

  • Own the long-term success of CPQ customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Guide customer onboarding and ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Support customers during deployments with consultative guidance.
  • Deliver technical expertise across APIs and integrations.
  • Advise on leveraging AI capabilities within CPQ.
  • Track usage and provide recommendations for feature expansion.
  • Anticipate and mitigate program and technical risks.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and R&D teams.
  • Develop best practice frameworks for the CPQ community.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in technical customer success or solution advisory roles.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS products, preferably CPQ or CRM.
  • Ability to influence and guide executive sponsors.
  • Technical expertise in APIs and SaaS architectures.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale SaaS implementations.
  • Proactive and organized, capable of managing multiple accounts.
  • Willingness to travel ~25% for customer engagements.
