Overview

The Senior Director, Worldwide PMO – AI Delivery & Modernization is responsible for transforming ServiceNow’s global delivery governance model to support AI-native, autonomous, and next-generation implementation delivery at scale.

In Short

• Lead the Worldwide PMO function supporting AI, Acceleration & Modernization.
• Redefine the PMO operating model for AI-native delivery.
• Transition PMO from project tracking to delivery system enablement.
• Drive global adoption of autonomous implementation solutions.
• Establish governance frameworks for AI-first delivery capabilities.
• Define and enforce global delivery standards and benchmarks.
• Partner with KPIs & Analytics to manage outcome metrics.
• Lead organizational change management for new delivery models.
• Align partners to ServiceNow’s AI-first delivery standards.
• Ensure PMO governance extends into partner-delivered work.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in global PMO or delivery governance.
• Proven ability to modernize delivery operating models.
• Experience with professional services or SI/GSI delivery organizations.
• Success in driving adoption of new delivery models at scale.
• Understanding of AI/GenAI concepts and modern SDLC models.
• Exceptional executive communication skills.
• Strong change-management leadership skills.
• Prior ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40% annually.
