The Senior Director, Service Delivery at bswift is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients, while leading a team to achieve client satisfaction and business goals.

• Own a book of business representing $5M to $8M+ in annualized recurring revenue.
• Directly manage client relationships to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Lead project plans and governance for clients.
• Organize regular client meetings for excellent customer service.
• Hire and develop a strong service delivery team.
• Forecast and manage staffing levels and expenses.
• Assist in product strategy rollout.
• Drive efficiency through standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate business strategy with leadership teams.
• Reflect core values in all interactions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of client relationship and/or benefit implementation experience.
• Experience in health & welfare client relationship management.
• Knowledge of employee benefits and technology solutions.
• Strong people management skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 10%).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
