Overview

As a Principal CSM, you will be responsible for the success of Signifyd’s most complex and strategic accounts. You will own the relationship across the entire customer journey, ensuring the customer’s seamless transition onto the Signifyd platform and driving optimal outcomes for the customer within core products utilized.

In Short

  • Own the end to end customer relationship, ensuring seamless onboarding and optimal performance.
  • Identify and build relationships with senior stakeholders within accounts.
  • Plan and execute strategic alignment sessions with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Develop long-term growth plans as a strategic partner.
  • Ensure swift resolution of account issues.
  • Embody Signifyd values and serve as a role model for team members.
  • Convey the value of Signifyd partnerships via business reviews.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and growth opportunities.
  • Engage and host executive onsites at events.
  • Ability to travel 30%+.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in senior roles in enterprise SaaS deployment or program management.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with senior customer executives.
  • Sales mindset with understanding of complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent planning and collaboration skills.
  • Strong presentation skills for various audience levels.
