Overview

As a Principal Customer Success Manager at 6sense, you will play a critical role in managing high-profile customer relationships and driving customer success through effective strategies and execution.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of large, global strategic customers.
  • Drive customer adoption of 6sense solutions to achieve positive ROI.
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Forecast and maintain customer renewal and growth rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and issues.
  • Become an expert on 6sense's predictive engine.
  • Partner with technical teams for customer onboarding and training.
  • Advocate for customer feature priorities within the company.
  • Build customer advocates for testimonials and references.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS.
  • 3+ years in Strategic or Enterprise Customer Success.
  • Experience with global Enterprise customers.
  • Ability to advise CxOs on SaaS adoption for better ROI.
  • Experience in marketing operations and sales analytics.
  • Strong negotiation skills for renewals and upselling.
  • Project management experience from conception to closure.
  • Familiarity with marketing tech stacks and CRM applications.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Willingness to travel (~30%).
