Requirements

  • 8+ years of customer success or account management experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving renewal and upsell quotas.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in risk mitigation and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Strategic mindset with holistic thinking.
