Overview

As an Advisory Solution Consultant at ServiceNow, you will support global partnerships and channel partners by providing pre-sales support and technical product advice, while promoting the ServiceNow solutions to enhance customer outcomes.

In Short

  • Provide pre-sales support and technical advice to partners.
  • Assist partners in building practices for exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Evangelize ServiceNow solutions to enhance partner sales.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations.
  • Conduct product demos and enablement sessions.
  • Mentor partner solution consultants.
  • Travel for partner and customer engagements (approx. 25%).
  • Leverage AI in work processes and decision-making.
  • Collaborate on business development opportunities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during planning and solutioning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Pre-Sales Solution Consulting experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
  • 2+ years of partner experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in relevant fields.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies and cloud computing.
  • Excellent understanding of cloud architecture principles.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage change in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with AI-powered tools and solutions.
  • Current ServiceNow certification is desirable.
