Overview

The Principal Customer Success Executive is accountable for the strategic leadership and execution of post-sales activities within our most valuable accounts, driving long-term value and ensuring customer success.

Requirements

  • Experience in AI integration and leveraging technology for business transformation.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS transformation and strategic advisory.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • 15+ years in management consulting or a leadership role at a top-tier firm.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex strategic accounts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
  • Experience in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to adapt strategies in dynamic environments.
  • Skilled in designing and implementing scalable processes.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
