Overview

The ServiceNow Global Partner Manager – Operations Excellence for Deloitte is a critical leadership role focusing on driving operational rigor, governance, execution discipline, and continuous improvement across the global alliance.

In Short

  • Establish and lead operating rhythm for the ServiceNow–Deloitte alliance.
  • Maintain governance frameworks and documentation for clarity and accountability.
  • Coordinate annual and quarterly operating plans aligned to partnership objectives.
  • Implement standardized processes for reporting and collaboration.
  • Monitor and optimize workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Own partnership performance measurement and KPI tracking.
  • Partner with leads to ensure operational readiness for solution launches.
  • Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the connector across various teams and departments.
  • Drive a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in partner or business operations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS operating models.
  • Proven success in building operational frameworks for partnerships.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ecosystems preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data synthesis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to establish structure and predictability in programs.
  • Skilled at using metrics to guide decisions.
  • Adept at unifying diverse teams.
  • Passion for continuous improvement.
