Overview

As an Enterprise Sales Director for Strategic Payers, you will lead a team to drive new business sales growth in the region, focusing on large and strategic enterprises.

In Short

  • Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives and Client Directors.
  • Build and drive sales strategy for the region.
  • Engage in territory planning and relationship development.
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor team members.
  • Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline.

  • Build relationships with various business units and partners.
  • Retain and grow existing customer base.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience in the Payers industry.
  • Flexible to travel up to 50%.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in recruiting and managing a sales team.
  • Strong strategic thinking and financial planning skills.
  • Ownership of accurate CRM reports.
  • Ability to build long-term strategic relationships.
  • Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen.
