Overview

As Strategic Enterprise Sales Director, you will lead Rockbot’s most strategic, high-impact deals, focusing on building relationships with large customers that have significant in person customer bases, including big-box retailers, hospitality organizations, restaurant chains, and those involved in retail media.

  • Quarterback High-Value Deals: Lead the strategy and execution of our most complex, multi-product deals with enterprise clients.
  • Engage with C-Level Executives: Build and nurture relationships with top executives.
  • Sell Retail Media Solutions: Identify and develop opportunities in retail media.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, ad sales, and customer success teams.
  • Target Strategic Accounts: Identify and strategically pursue high-impact opportunities.
  • Optimize Platform and Ad Sales: Collaborate with ad sales and platform teams.
  • Develop and Execute Client Strategies: Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Drive Success for Multi-Product Deals: Manage all aspects of large-scale deals.
  • Enhance Client Relationships: Maintain and grow relationships with clients.
  • Report and Optimize: Provide data-driven insights into sales performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience.
  • Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Experience in OOH or retail media sales.
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Technically savvy with deep product knowledge.
  • Deep knowledge of the retail, hospitality, restaurant, and retail media sectors.
  • Experience in ad sales and platform sales is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
