Senior Business & GTM Recruiter (Contract) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business & GTM Recruiter who excels in both strategy and execution to help us build during a pivotal growth stage at Rockbot.

In Short

• Build role descriptions, scorecards, and oversee hiring processes for business and GTM functions.
• Configure ATS processes to ensure clear focus areas for interviewers.
• Source top-tier talent through various channels.
• Lead debriefs with interview teams and organize insights.
• Design exercises for finalist panels to test hiring hypotheses.
• Create a high-touch candidate experience from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders.

Requirements

• A blend of agency, startup, and best-in-class recruiting experience.
• Experience outside of People/Recruiting for a strong business perspective.
• A BA in communications, psychology, English, or related field.
• High energy and a positive outlook.
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and executives.
• Technical expertise in building scorecards and ATS processes.
• Proven sourcing abilities through various tools and creative approaches.
• A GTM mindset around recruiting.
• Ability to assess skills and organizational fit quickly.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
