Mercury is building financial products to help startups and small businesses scale. Turns out this requires a lot of talented people, so we’re looking to add a Senior Business Recruiter to our team.

In Short

• Develop a deep understanding of Mercury’s values, brand, and product
• Work closely with managers and interviewers to build high-performing, diverse teams
• Make a friendly first impression on candidates and act as the embodiment of our cultural values
• Run a recruiting pipeline end to end, focusing on engaging passive candidates
• Identify and engage top talent, providing them an exceptional experience
• Guide hiring managers towards unbiased decisions on candidates
• Monitor pipeline performance and share metrics
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Experiment with new recruiting channels
• Welcome new hires and assist them during onboarding

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Deep experience recruiting for sales organizations
• Experience influencing multiple executive stakeholders
• Expertise in sourcing and seeking out passive talent
• Strong empathy and intuition
• Clear and precise communication skills
• Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams
• Ability to automate recruiting processes
• Experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
