Overview

This role involves leading the Experience Design team at ServiceNow to create innovative user experiences that enhance collaboration and productivity within Sales and Operations.

In Short

  • Drive the Go to Market (GTM) XD team for user experience innovation.
  • Lead a team of designers and managers in creating high-quality tools.
  • Develop XD strategy across a portfolio of GTM products.
  • Collaborate with other Experience Design leaders for UX vision.
  • Mentor team members in design leadership and strategy.
  • Promote end-to-end design thinking in product development.
  • Advance the discipline of Experience Design.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering for innovation.
  • Ensure cohesive experiences across platforms.
  • Travel up to 20% of the year.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in UX design.
  • 5+ years managing design teams.
  • Strong human-centered design practices.
  • Ability to integrate AI into work processes.
  • Experience in enterprise sales product design.
  • Proficient in design tools like Figma and Axure.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with WCAG compliance is a plus.
  • High initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
