The Advisory Solution Consultant - App Engine is a customer-facing domain expert responsible for driving innovative business solutions and digital transformation for customers using the Now Platform. This role involves architecting and delivering complex solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrate the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to clients.
  • Conduct architectural workshops and enablement sessions.
  • Provide mentoring to solution consulting peers.
  • Interact with the ServiceNow community as a thought leader.
  • Scope and develop application development Proof of Concepts.
  • Present technical solutions aligned with client business problems.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management on upcoming releases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a solution consultant/architect.
  • 3+ years of experience with the Now Platform.
  • Experience facilitating client-facing workshops.
  • Fluency in third-party integrations and web services.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and frameworks like AngularJS.
  • Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations.
  • Experience with emerging technologies like Big Data and IoT is a plus.
