Director of Physician Contracting - Remote

Overview

This position is responsible for leading Physician Contracting Services for Intermountain Health within a specific portfolio, ensuring processes and performance align with enterprise-wide standards and maintaining timely and compliant contractual agreements.

• Experience in a healthcare delivery organization.
• Knowledge of Stark and Anti-Kickback compliance.
• Experience using KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Experience leading a team in a high-volume function.
• Experience in a role requiring communication in writing.
