• Lead and inspire a professional services delivery team.
• Manage operational and financial performance goals.

• Translate the PS Delivery organization’s vision into a strategy for growth.
• Hire and develop qualified managers.
• Manage departmental budget and expenditures.
• Provide consulting services throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Research industry trends and keep the team updated.
• Instill a high-performance culture focused on teamwork.
• Travel to meet with customers as needed.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in a professional services organization.
• 10+ years in software services or consulting leadership.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• 4-year undergraduate degree; MBA preferred.
• Prior P&L experience.
• Experience in solutioning and delivering for F1000 organizations.
• Excellent client management skills.
• Experience using change management strategies.
