Director of Business Consulting - Remote

Overview

The Director of Business Consulting is charged with developing implementation, change management, and ongoing optimization plans for ModMed’s customers. As part of the implementation function within Customer Success, the Director will lead a team of medical practice industry experts in the delivery of long-term value for our customers.

• Manage the financial aspects of consulting projects.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in business consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale consulting engagements.
• Strong experience in business transformation and change management.
• Plus for healthcare experience, hospital or specialty medical practice.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in business strategy and consulting methodologies.
• Experience in managing P&L for consulting engagements.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
