In Short

• Evaluate the impact of disasters on structures and environments.
• Minimize damage during emergencies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations at project sites.
• Allocate resources efficiently.
• Interface with clients and project representatives.
• Schedule and perform field inspections.
• Estimate medium to large commercial and residential projects.
• Document and analyze project-related documents.
• Provide technical direction to other consultants.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree or 8-10 years of experience in the restoration industry.
• Experience in restoration contracting and insurance companies.
• Proficiency in estimating software like Xactimate.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
