  • Ten years of related experience required.
  • Three years of experience as an Account Executive on national accounts.
  • Five years of claims/supervisory experience.
  • Advanced degree or professional designations preferred.
  • Strong leadership and client focus skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and drive results.
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
