Requirements

  • Eight years of claims management experience.
  • Two years of supervisory experience or equivalent.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Professional certification as applicable preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Virginia workers’ compensation statutes.
  • Ability to administer company personnel policies.
  • Experience in performance development and colleague performance discussions.
  • Leadership and motivational skills to promote performance.
  • Willingness to apply even if all qualifications are not met.
