Requirements

  • 8 years of claims management experience or equivalent education/experience.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
  • California workers compensation claims handling experience required.
  • Professional certification as applicable preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in developing business plans.
  • Knowledge of compliance and internal controls.
