• Analyze reported lower-level workers compensation claims.
• Adjust medical-only and minor lost-time claims under supervision.
• Process claims determining compensability and benefits due.
• Communicate with claimants, clients, and medical contacts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• FL license required.
• One year of general office experience or equivalent.
• Claims industry experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
