Overview

The Workers Compensation Product Manager (WCPM) focuses on ISC’s new Workers Comp Segment and collaborates with various teams to optimize MGA gross margin through premium production and operational efficiency.

• Lead product management for Workers Compensation segment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in P&C insurance product management.
• Familiarity with P&C insurance policy and claims processes.
• Experience with Workers Comp bureaus and rating organizations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and data reporting tools.
• Understanding of actuarial fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline preferred.
• CPCU or actuarial exams are a plus.
