Overview

The Customer Service Representative provides essential support to underwriters, agents, customers, and internal teams across both commercial and personal lines, ensuring exceptional service and efficient communication.

In Short

  • Support new business and renewal underwriters, agents, and customers.
  • Respond to agent inquiries via phone and email.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Provide clerical support and quoting assistance.
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence accurately.
  • Maintain knowledge of carrier guidelines and procedures.
  • Document all relevant activity in the Agency Management System.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of insurance experience.
  • Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with office software, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
