Overview

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Business Development Unit, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and training to perform their duties effectively while achieving production goals.

• Serve as a liaison between the Business Development team and Salesforce consultants.
• Ensure team has the tools and training to perform their jobs effectively.
• Provide training and ongoing coaching to team members.

• Assist independent agents as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in sales and/or marketing.
• 1+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in the commercial insurance industry.
