Overview

  • Build and maintain relationships with CxO/VP level clients.

  • Develop account management plans for market share growth.
  • Negotiate and close contracts.
  • Report operational and financial status to Senior Management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports to clients.
  • Travel up to 50% for client visits.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years in executive account management and contract negotiation.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Administration preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills for cross-functional team cooperation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • P&L management experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional and matrixed management teams.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
