Overview

We are looking for an experienced Concierge Manager to guide our customers through the video production journey using our online platform, ensuring the successful delivery of professional video creation services provided exclusively via our creator partners; planning & creative, shooting and editing.

In Short

• Successfully oversee the production of a number of video projects at any time.
• Oversee the delivery of 90 Seconds Services and Solution on the 90 Seconds platform.
• Manage the growth and relationships of 90 Seconds Brands.
• Facilitate communication between customers and creators.
• Assist in resolving video project-related issues.
• Become the expert in our 90 Seconds Solutions.
• Work with a large variety of creators globally.
• Ensure successful running of the 90 Seconds operations.
• Identify trends in video content creation.
• Manage multiple projects end-to-end.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of content and various video types.
• Experience in production management and client management.
• Strong organizational skills and relationship building ability.
• Hands-on experience with video creation hardware and software.
• Experience in content strategy and planning.
• Ability to identify gaps in client content plans.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• A flexible “always-on” attitude.
• Experience in live streaming is a plus.
