Creative Producer & Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to manage both client relationships and project execution for social media content and production with one of our leading customers utilizing the 90 Seconds platform.

In Short

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing strategic counsel and ensuring their needs are met.
• Keep clients informed on project progress, ensuring transparency and expectation management.
• Advocate for the creative vision while balancing client objectives and constraints.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring client demand aligns with available resources.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of projects, from scoping to delivery.
• Oversee the production of video, editorial, and social content, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
• Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact project delivery.
• Ensure smooth workflow between account management, production, and clients to drive successful project completion.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a hybrid Account & Project Management role within an agency environment.
• Proven experience managing social media content production (video, editorial, and digital campaigns).
• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of content production in the APAC market.
• Confident problem-solver who can lead teams, manage expectations, and provide solutions.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Slack, Google Suite).
