In Short

• Manage the delivery of all assets from third-party productions.
• Maintain schedules and understand artwork and AV asset types.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for editing and versioning.
• Ensure high-quality standards for Public Relations, Marketing, and Localization.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Guide and clarify client needs into concise production briefs.
• Collaborate with professionals to meet creative quality standards.
• Continuously learn and develop yourself and others.
• Influence stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Work with the project team to optimize project management principles.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience managing integrated campaigns in a production agency.
• Advanced English in writing, listening, and speaking.
• Bachelor’s Degree in media, design, or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
• Experience with project management tools like Airtable and Monday.
• Knowledge of editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong project management skills and experience.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adjust to last-minute changes.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Organized and methodical in approach to work.
