APAC PMO Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Regional PMO Manager with Centric, you will be responsible for managing PMO and project direction responsibilities, ensuring successful delivery of projects and leading PMO transformation initiatives.

In Short

• Manage PMO responsibilities and project direction equally.
• Ensure successful delivery of C8 PLM implementation projects.
• Manage project escalations and client expectations.
• Lead execution of PMO transformation initiatives.
• Monitor and enforce PMO best practices.
• Prepare and support regular management reports.
• Support regional management with financial and staffing forecasts.
• Participate in business requirements gathering workshops.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams.
• Contribute to global PMO initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Director or PMO Manager.
• Track record of successful large software implementations.
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of agile project methodologies.
• Good working knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence).
• Experience in IT within targeted industries is a plus.
• Ability to learn new industries and practices quickly.
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Commercial mindset with a collaborative approach.
• High level of ability to work in a professional environment.
