• Responsible for the Company's project management framework.
• Provide leadership, integration, and management of PMO processes.
• Improve the consistency and efficiency of the company’s deliverables.
• Facilitate efficient work management to accomplish Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Standardize and continuously improve project management performance.
• Improve visibility of progress, blockers, and risks.
• Align business strategy with project planning and execution.
• Champion organizational re-design and implementation of Tribes and Squads.
• Work in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• Experience in project management.
